Every item is made to order using your selected garment, size, color, design and custom text. Check the size guide and personalized preview before ordering.
Production and delivery are separate stages. Available destinations, shipping charges and delivery estimates appear at checkout. Products may be produced and shipped separately. For larger quantities, contact us before ordering.
Because each item is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrectly selected size or color, or custom text submitted incorrectly by the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a description of the problem. We’ll reply by email to request clear photos, review the issue, and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Contact us before returning anything. Do not send returns to the print provider without instructions. This policy does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
You can request a change or cancellation before production starts, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun. If your shipment is delayed, contact us so we can investigate with the provider.
We pledge 5% of profits from our main collection and 100% of profits from the Fuck You Cancer design to Children’s Cancer Research Fund.
Profit means the item’s selling price after discounts and refunds, minus garment and printing costs and allocated payment-processing and personalization fees. Tax and shipping collected to cover provider shipping are excluded. Shipping costs paid by FYLG are deducted. Donations are calculated on positive profit; an item that produces no profit produces no donation.
Contributions are totaled each calendar quarter and donated within 30 days after quarter-end. Returns and refunds are reconciled before calculation. We will post a dated record after payment; no donation is represented as already paid.
